The Emergency Bandage C2 (a.k.a. The Israeli Bandage), Civilian Edition offers First Responders, Fire/EMS, Police, and other Healthcare Providers the highest level of wound site compression as well as the economics of a civilian dressing bandage for UNCONTROLLABLE BLEEDING.  The difference between the "Civilian" and "Military" versions is just the colour. This all-in-one device consolidates multiple first-aid devices such as a primary dressing, pressure applicator, secondary dressing, and a foolproof closure apparatus to secure the bandage in place. Non-adherent dressings consist of an absorbent cotton core pad bonded on the top and bottom with a soft, non-adherent perforated mylar film. Used as a primary dressing over surgical incisions, lacerations, abrasions, non-draining and lightly draining wounds. Non-adherent pad will not disturb healing by sticking to the wound. Encourages air circulation and light fluid collection.
